Sunny skies and miles of smiles

Sunny skies and smiles before Sunday showers

. (.)

Have you been feeling good this week? Maybe it’s the sun.

Regular sun exposure is the most natural way to get vitamin D. It is recommended that we get 10 - 30 minutes of sunlight to help maintain healthy levels. Research has shown that vitamin D might be important in regulating mood and decreasing depression. Another function of vitamin D is to help the absorption of calcium and phosphorus for strong bones and teeth. So not only does vitamin D help you smile, it helps your smile too.

Sunny skies and warmer conditions continue through Saturday, so keep smiling. The breeze will increase through the day on Saturday as another cold front approaches.

Sunday will bring increasing rain chances with some isolated thunderstorms and windy conditions, especially along the beaches. Rain chances will steadily increase after noon and continue through Monday.
