A nice start to the workweek with sunny skies and seasonal temperatures. Afternoon highs will make it to the 80s this week before northeast winds bring changes later in the week and this weekend. Increasing rain chances for Gate River Run on Saturday.

Comfortable temperatures, low humidity and a nice breeze make it a great Open Window Weather kind of day. Changes will come through later this week as the onshore wind returns.

Pleasant conditions with sunny to partly cloudy skies through Wednesday as highs climb into the 80s.

Skies will become cloudy Thursday with a strengthening northeasterly wind and increasing rain chances. Showers will be possible late Thursday night and Friday as the wind shifts to the south.

Rain chances increase overnight for a soggy Saturday. The wind will be easterly at around 5 - 10 mph with highs in the lower 70s for Gate River Run.

Rain chances decrease Sunday under partly cloudy skies.
