Weekend weather outlook: Fun activities happening in Jacksonville this weekend

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – It looks gloomy outside, but it’s wet and humid.

If you don’t feel like battling the frizzy hair look, check out the Jacksonville Home + Patio Show at the Prime Osborn Convention Center, which is cloud-free and air-conditioned at 72 °F, Saturday and Sunday.

The 2024 show will feature a roster of special speakers and an agenda specifically curated to meet the needs of home-improvement-hungry residents in North Florida.

The show will also include a special guest appearance from interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn of HGTV’s Dream Home.

Teacher’s Day is Sunday, March 3. Show a valid work ID at the box office for free admission on Sunday only.

Show hours are Saturday 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tickets at the box office are $13 for adults age 13+, and admission is free for children 13 and under.

Home + Patio Show

The Savannah Bananas will return to 121 Financial Ballpark tonight at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. While the games are sold out, you can experience the fun outside the ballpark, as well.

Temperatures at first pitch will be in the high 60s under a blanket of clouds and humidity close to 80%. Be sure to stay hydrated and enjoy the shenanigans!
