BEE FEST 2024
Everyone is invited to Bee Fest 2024 on March 8, 9, and 10!
It’s 3 fun-filled days with everything all about BEES and filled with Beekeeping activities. People from all over the country come to this Bee Fest in Baker County along with some special guest speakers. Plan on coming all three days - or one. Children and families are welcome!
Daily activities will include:
Hive Splits
Swarm Catching
Queen Grafting
Setting Up a Hive
Making Double Screen Splits
Making a Swarm Trap
Lighting a “5 Hour Smoker”
And many more activities!
Camping is available, meals are provided, and social time bonfires at night.
This event is held at the Altimer Farm at 23523 N. County Road 125, Sanderson, FL 32087
An RSVP would be helpful so that the Altimers can have a head count for meals. Guests are asked to bring drinks and chairs.
