Tonight: Sunday ends with cooler temperatures and breezy winds. Sunday evening temperatures drop into the low 50s with winds in the teens from the northeast, gusts in the 20 miles per hour range, and partly to mostly cloudy skies.
Gusty winds should end for NE Florida by midnight but will continue for SE Georgia through Monday.

The Worm Moon is here: Despite clouds tonight, you should be able to glimpse the next full moon. The March full moon is known as the “worm moon”. The Old Farmer’s Almanac references the moon names for every month. March’s full moon is known as the “Worm Moon” because earthworms begin to emerge from the soil after the winter season ends. Other research shows that the indigenous people of the Americas also referenced the “worm” due to “beetle larvae” according to Almanac.com. Other names referenced by Almanac.com include: Eagle Moon, Goose Moon, and Crow Comes Back Moon.
Looking Ahead: Monday morning temperatures will begin in the low 50s, winds from the northeast 10 to 15 miles per hour, and gusty wind will continue for SE Georgia and mostly cloudy skies.
Monday afternoon temperatures will peak in the upper 60s to low 70s. Gusts will remain for SE Georgia the entire day while gusty winds between 11 am and 5 pm for NE Florida. Partly to mostly cloudy skies close out Monday evening with temperatures in the 60s.
