The look and feel of summer and for a lucky few, Mother Nature will turn on the sprinklers. It is going to be a warm week with a slight chance of sea breeze showers and storms Tuesday and Wednesday. The rest of the week looks hotter and mainly dry.
Tuesday will start warm with afternoon highs climbing to above seasonal averages. The sea breeze could lead to a few showers and isolated storms, 20 percent. Wake-up temperatures in the 60s to low 70s. Afternoon highs in the 80s inland, upper 70s to low 80s along the beaches. The onshore flow continues from the south-southeast at 5-15 mph. Partly cloudy overnight with patchy fog.
A slight chance of showers continues on Wednesday and then again late Saturday and Sunday, 20-30 percent.
Heading to the beaches? There will be a Moderate risk of Rip Currents Tuesday.
