Storms fade for the night, Looking ahead to the Weekend

Planning your weekend

. (.)

Mother Nature watered a few lawns this afternoon.

Cloudy and mild now as scattered showers weaken near Highway 301.

Things start drying out again on Thursday for the beaches and I-95. An isolated shower will be possible along the weak sea breeze near I-95 with better chances from Highway 301 to I-75., 20-30 percent.

The day will start with lows in the mid to upper 60s. Afternoon highs will climb to the mid to upper 80s inland, upper 70s to low 80s along the beaches. Wind S/SE 5-10 mph. Mostly clear overnight with patchy fog.

The dry pattern continues Friday with showers developing this weekend. Scattered showers with storms will develop on Saturday and Sunday, mainly after 2 p.m. through around 8 p.m. for northeast Florida and southeast Georgia.

This is a great weekend for our Weather Authority app and our interactive Radar.
