Cleaning up continues Saturday, Cooler start to Mother’s Day

For some it will be a pile of leaves others will be removing toppled trees after a line of severe storms swept through northeast Florida and southeast Georgia.

The wind will weaken after tonight with overnight lows cooler than we have seen over the last several mornings. Afternoon highs will be near seasonal Saturday and Mother’s Day.

Clearing skies and breezy conditions will give way to a partly cloudy and pleasant Saturday.

Saturday will start a little cooler with morning lows in the 60s inland, upper 60s to low 70s along the beaches. Then becoming partly cloudy with afternoon highs in the 80s inland, 70s along the beaches. The wind will continue onshore from the NNE at 5-10 mph.

Happy Mother’s Day! Get out and enjoy some outside time with Mom. Upper 50s to 60s will start the day followed by afternoon highs in the 80s inland, upper 70s along the beaches. It will be a nice day at the beaches to with the wind from the NW/E at 5-10 mph.

Mother Nature will take care of the watering next week. Scattered showers arrive late Monday with rain returning through much of the work week.
