JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – “Normal” returns this weekend as we look forward to highs in the mid-80s for most, few inland low-90s under partly cloudy, breezy conditions.
Saturday starts out mild in the low 70s at the beaches to upper 60s inland. A nice warm-up on the way will allow all outdoor activities without the thought of any rain.
Sunday will be just as nice with a chance of afternoon showers along the sea breeze front close to I-75.
Humidity and heat return Monday and last throughout the first week of June as we tip into the 90s across the region and the rain chances begin to increase into a more summerlike pattern.
Be mindful of: very high UV index, gusty winds, and moderate rip current risk along the coast
