Most of the region will be in the 80s by 10 a.m. with increasing clouds. Winds will kick in from the east 10-15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph by early afternoon. Scattered showers are possible after 1 p.m. along the sea breeze, keeping temperatures at the beaches in the mid-to-upper 80s, close to 90 inland. Severe thunderstorms are not expected today.
