Isolated storms across our area, heat advisory issued for Columbia County

Temperatures peak into the 90s for the week

A calm evening remains as the temperatures drop into the low 70s before peaking into the 90s again for the workweek.

Monday morning temperatures will begin in the 70s with partly cloudy skies and light winds from the south.

Isolated storms will develop again for Monday in the afternoon.

We are already seeing the effects of the slightly above average temperatures with a heat advisory put into effect for multiple counties this weekend.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON STORMS:

Isolated storms will continue until after sunset for Northeast Florida counties.

Temperatures will peak into the mid mid-90swith partly cloudy skies and winds from the south. The greatest accumulation of rain will occur for the southern counties of NE Florida.
