A Heat Advisory is in effect until 7 p.m.

There’s no qualms about it, this heat is dangerous.

If you don’t take care of yourself properly, you could be a victim of a heat stroke, heat exhaustion, dehydration, or heat rash!

Stay hydrated, limit your time outdoors, and make sure you’re taking care of your pets by keeping walks short and walking them on grass. The pavement can be very hot on their paws.

Along with the heat, we will also see some showers and storms popping in throughout the afternoon and evening.
