We’re no stranger to this, as it’s been heating up for weeks now- but these “feels like temperatures” reaching close to 110 degrees are downright dangerous.
Also, about half of our viewing area is under a heat advisory, but if i’m being honest- and I always am- advisory or not, all of you are going to be at risk for heat related illness if you don’t properly take care of yourself.

Feels like temperatures combine wind or humidity with the actual air temperature. Basically, if the humidity is higher during this time of year, the feels like temperature rises and it’s hotter on your skin.
So, with that being said- take today’s weather seriously- prepare to warm up quick with a few showers and pop up storms this afternoon.
