A warm evening as showers and storms fade into the night

Westerly wind brings showers and storms next week

. (.)

A couple of showers and storms developed along the sea breeze front.  The few that popped up over NE FL are winding down as they slowly drift east.  SE GA storms will continue to weaken near and along Highway 82, I-95 and US 17, Waynesville, GA to the north of Brunswick, GA through around 11 p.m.

Evening:  Warm and mainly dry as showers fade.

Weekend:  Hot and humid with increasing showers and storms, 40-60 percent.  Morning lows in the 70s to low 80s.  Afternoon highs in the mid to upper 90s.  Wind:  W/SE 5-10 mph.  Feels Like temperatures 104-108 degrees.

Looking ahead:  The westerly wind is back as are the daily rounds of showers and storms.

Tropics:  The low that had a 10 percent chance is a rainmaker in the Carolinas, other than that the Tropics are quiet for now.

Sunrise:  6:34 a.m.

Sunset:  8:31 p.m.
