Thunderstorms and rain wind down for the night

Now:  Thunderstorms and light rain continue across southern Putnam and southern St. Johns and western Flagler counties.  The rest of the area is dry and will remain that way through the evening aside from a stray shower overnight.

Tonight:  Showers and storms continue to weaken with a stray shower possible overnight.

Friday:  Scattered showers will get a running head start along the Gulf Coast sea breeze, 60-70 percent.  Morning lows in the 70s to low 80s.  Afternoon highs in the 90s, Feels Like temperatures up to 100-105 degrees.  Locally heavy rainfall is possible.

Tropics:  Quiet for the next 7 days.
