Thunderstorms return to the River City as the Jaguars kickoff preseason football Saturday at 7:00 pm. Temperatures are looking to be near the mid 90′s, but those asphalt temperatures will make it feel like the triple digits. Strong stormy wind gusts are possible as a result.
