Friday: Flood Watches and Coastal Flood Advisories continue through 8 pm. Morning lows in the 70s. Afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s. Increasing rain chances, 60-80 percent. Wind: NE 5-15 mph, stronger gusts. Additional rainfall estimates 0.50-2.00 inches.

Tropics: Tropical Storm Francine and Tropical Depression Seven. Two other areas to watch in the Atlantic.
