Skies will become cloudy with increasing rain chances after noon. Morning lows in the 70s. Afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s. Rain chances, 50-60 percent. Wind: NE 5-15 mph. While the Flood Watch has expired, locally heavy rain will lead to flooding.
