Some of the coolest temperatures of the season are on the way. A little warmer and still windy this weekend.
Tonight: Breezy and chilly under mostly clear skies then decreasing wind overnight.
Thursday: Sunny skies with a steady breeze and less than seasonal temperatures. A chilly breeze from the north-northeast 15 - 20 mph, gusts to 30 mph. Lows in the upper 30s to the 50s for SE GA, 40s and 50s for NE FL. Highs in the 60s to low 70s.
Weekend: Windy with near seasonal temperatures and partly cloudy skies. Morning lows will dip into the 40s, 50s and 60s. Afternoon highs in the 70s. Breezy conditions with northeast wind 15-20 mph and gusts to near 30 mph.
Tropics: Two areas to watch. In the Caribbean, a 20 percent chance of development over 7 days continues. Invest AL-94 has a 30 percent chance in the next two days and a 40 percent chance in the next 7 days. Neither pose an immediate risk to our area.
