In the Tropics, Hurricane Rafael moves into the Gulf of Mexico

Light rain and scattered showers across areas of southeast Georgia. Warm November temperatures continue. Hurricane Rafael moves into the Gulf of Mexico as a Category 2.

Tonight: Warm with light rain and showers in SE GA. Partly to mostly cloudy skies with patchy fog overnight.

Thursday: Rain chances will decrease through the day with the best chances of rain for inland SE GA and inland NE FL, 40-70 percent. Morning lows in the upper 60s and 70s. Afternoon highs in the 80s. Wind SE 10-15 mph.

Coastal Flood Advisories through tonight at 8 p.m. This may be extended due to the onshore wind and the flooding that continues along the St. Johns River.

Tropics: Hurricane Rafael is a Category 3 and will slowly weaken as it moves into the central Gulf of Mexico.
