The Tropical Season is winding down and yet, here we are watching another spot in the Caribbean. Could that be Sara forming, and where does it go? Fall temperatures return late this week and into the weekend.
Tonight: Partly cloudy with fog forming.
Wednesday: Patchy fog early, then becomes partly cloudy and breezy with a few showers possible. Morning lows in the 50s and 60s for southeast Georgia, and 60s for northeast Florida. Afternoon highs in the 70s to low 80s. Breezy northeast wind 15-20 mph with stronger gusts. A few showers will be possible under the onshore flow, 20 percent.
Work week: Fall temperatures return late this week and weekend.
Tropics: Increasing chances for development in the Caribbean. Sara could be forming. Environmental conditions appear conducive for development and a tropical depression is likely to form within the next two to three days while the system moves slowly westward into the western Caribbean Sea.
Afterward, further development is likely while the disturbance meanders over the western Caribbean Sea through the weekend.
