Winds will come from the west and northeast, with drier air for the early morning hours. Temperatures will drop into the low 40s by midnight, with light winds, high relative humidity, and clear skies. Rain is not in the forecast. The cooler temperatures will impact the inland counties of Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida.
SUNDAY’S FORECAST
Temperatures will begin in the upper 30s and low 40s, with lots of sunshine, clear skies, and winds from the west and southwest. Temperatures will peak into the low 70s and clear skies remain.

Several counties in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia are under a frost advisory Sunday from 3 to 8 a.m.
Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
LOOKING AHEAD
High pressure will remain in our area for at least the next three days. Two rounds of moisture and fronts will move through the area in the next seven days, but rain chances are currently improbable. The next best chance for rain will be between Thursday and Friday when a front moves through increasing instability with low levels of atmospheric energy. Average temperatures for this time of year peak into the low 70s and low 50s. This weekend and the weekend ahead could have some lower-than-average temperatures.
