Dense Fog Advisory, Showers Ending

Cool and Breezy this weekend

. (.)

Dense Fog Advisory is now in effect for NE FL through 10 am. We could see the Advisory expand into SE GA overnight.

The cold front continues to sag southward as showers wind down across the Panhandle and southern Georgia. These will continue to weaken and fade overnight as the front moves south of the area early Thursday morning. Foggy conditions are expected tonight and early Thursday with a Fog Advisory possible. Temperatures will be near seasonal to a little above average through Friday before another shot of cold air moves in this weekend.

Tonight: Partly cloudy to mostly cloudy with a few showers ending late followed by patchy to dense fog.

Thursday: A foggy start to the day with skies clearing through late morning, early afternoon. Morning lows in the upper 50s to low 60s. Afternoon highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s. Wind: NNW 5-15 mph. Mostly clear and cooler overnight.

Friday: Sunny and seasonal with a cool NW breeze.

Weekend: Less than seasonal temperatures and breezy under sunny skies.

Christmas Eve - Christmas Day: Temperatures will be near seasonal to slightly above average with increasing clouds and rain chances late Christmas afternoon.

Sunrise: 7:18 a.m. Sunset: 5:29 p.m.
