Below-normal temperatures continue before a Christmas Day warm-up

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Sunday, temperatures will rise into the mid-upper 50s, with gusty northeast winds under partly cloudy skies. Our southern counties will tip into the lower 60s by mid-afternoon. Thankfully, low’s Monday morning will stay a hair above freezing for most areas.

Scattered showers are possible in our southern counties on Monday as temperatures move back into the 60s.

Normal high: 65, normal low: 45

Above-normal temperatures return just in time for Christmas Day with highs near 70, and a chance of isolated showers.
