JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Sunday will bring mostly clear skies warming into the low-to-mid 60s. Overnight temperatures stay in the 50s.
Monday brings rain, a possible thunderstorm, and gusty winds as the cold front approaches from the mid-west and passes through our region.
The rain will taper off by mid-afternoon, and then the arctic blast settles in, quickly dropping temperatures into the high-20s and mid-30s after midnight Tuesday morning. With the breezy conditions, wind chills will likely be in the 20s. Highs stay in the 50s for the rest of the week.
The next chance of rain comes on Saturday as a low develops in the Gulf near Texas and moves along the coast.
