The weather was great for baseball, but the clouds will not be good for stargazing. The lower deck of clouds eroded, but the remaining higher clouds will limit our view of the meteors.

Great baseball weather continues for you and your dog. Sunday is Bark and Brew, a dog friendly Craft Beer Fest at the ballpark, from noon to 2 p.m.

Above normal temperatures continue under partly cloudy skies on Wednesday with a steady southeast breeze.

A weakening cold front moving in from the north could trigger a few showers and thunderstorms across southeast Georgia Wednesday afternoon and evening.

Warm and mainly dry conditions continue through Friday. A stray shower or two will be possible as the humidity increases and the sea breezes collide.

Wednesday: Light fog possible inland then becoming partly cloudy. Morning lows in the 60s. Afternoon highs in the upper 80s to low 90s inland, upper 70s to low 80s along the beaches. Wind: SE 5-15 mph. Partly cloudy with patchy fog overnight.

Looking ahead: Summer-like temperatures continue this week with mainly dry conditions. Isolated showers could be possible along the sea breeze. Near record highs this weekend.
