YULEE, Fla. – Four weeks after Hurricane Irma passed by Northeast Florida, the Florida Emergency Management Agency has brought staff to Nassau County to answer questions and help residents apply for disaster benefits.
FEMA's mobile Disaster Recovery Center opened Tuesday at 76001 Bobby Moore Circle in Yulee will be open daily through Saturday.

FEMA representatives are available to address individual questions and help with applications.
People do not have to visit a DRC to apply for FEMA benefits. it can be done online at DisasterAsistance.gov or through the FEMA mobile app. You can also apply by phone at 800-621-3362 (voice, 711, VRS or 800-462-7585 TTY). Because of high demand, lines may be busy.
FEMA's DRC that has been locate at the St. Augustine Agricultural Center, off State Road 16, since late last month will close on Wednesday. A mobile DRC in Jacksonville closed on Sunday.
