Supreme Court to consider bans on sleeping outdoors
The Supreme Court will consider Monday whether banning people who are experiencing homelessness from sleeping outside when shelter space is lacking amounts to cruel and unusual punishment. 7-year-old boy's death is 4th at Hog Waller since 2019
An ATV crash Sunday that left a 7-year-old boy dead is the fourth deadly accident at Hog Waller Mud Bog and ATV Park in Putnam County since 2019. The 1,100-acre park off County Road 310 in Palatka is popular for those with ATVs, side-by-sides and other rough terrain vehicles.
