Haven, which was formed in 2018 by the three U.S. corporate giants, will cease operations by the end of February, a company spokeswoman said Monday. Health care costs have grown faster than wages and inflation for years, stressing families and employers. It started new designs for health care benefits that eliminated patient out-of-pocket payments like deductibles and coinsurance and encouraged access to primary care.
Prosecutors: Scammer who posed as fed sentenced in sweepstakes fraud case
A 27-year-old man from Jamaica who took part in a sweepstakes fraud targeting elderly Floridians was sentenced to more than five years in federal prison. Forbes and his co-conspirators often targeted victims who were elderly and more susceptible to fraud, prosecutors said. After they got them send money, they would often call again and try to get them to send more money by telling them more lies. The conspirators would often tell the victims that they had to send additional fees and taxes to ensure the safe delivery of the prize, prosecutors said. Forbes and his co-conspirators kept all of the funds for their own personal benefit, prosecutors said.
Bezos is dangerously close to losing title of 'world's richest person'
CNN Video(CNN) - Pour one out for Jeff Bezos because the Amazon founder is precariously close to losing his title of world's richest person to Bill Gates. Bezos' current wealth is $109.6 billion, according to Forbes' list of billionaires, which is higher than Gates' $106 billion. Bezos overtook Gates' title of world's richest person in 2017. As part of the settlement, MacKenzie Bezos received 25% of the couple's Amazon stock, according to an April securities filing. Amazon shares are up 17% for the year.

The latest U.S. News & World Report college rankings dropped Monday and they're sure to put high school students -- and more so, their parents -- in a frenzy as they prepare to apply to colleges this autumn. The latest release marks the 35th edition of the Best Colleges ranking, and it's the first time schools in Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories are included. Are these rankings actually relevant? But not everyone thinks these rankings actually matter. Then again, Forbes publishes their own college ranking list every year, too.
Taylor Swift and Beyonce Top Forbes' Highest-Paid Women in Music List
Taylor Swift is raking in the cash in 2019! On Monday, Forbes released its World's Highest-Paid Women in Music list for 2019 and the "Lover" songstress was the big earner -- by a pretty massive degree. The 29-year-old hit-maker earned $185 million before taxes between June 2018 and June 2019, according to the magazine. Just last month, the singer was named the world's highest-paid celebrity by Forbes as well. This is the first time Swift has topped the list since 2016, when she earned $170 million.

Forbes magazine, which can travel to any big-city fireworks display in the world and put it on the company tab, turned its attention the other way this year, putting together a list of the best small-town Independence Day celebrations in the country.
