With the help of more than 20 volunteers, including the Clay County Sheriff's Office and Clay County Fire Rescue, Dreams Come True surprised 12-year-old Delice with several special gifts as part of her Shopping Dream. Several cars dropped off items at her Clay County home as part of a dream parade. Due to COVID, the local dream granting organization had to bring Delice's shopping dream to her.
